I was reading an Anne Tyler novel, and the phrase "from the churchyard to the graveyard" leaped out at me. I knew immediately that it would be the chorus of a song about a couple who fall in love early and live more or less happily ever after. Danielle was the one, She made everything fun
The Sunday school where they first met in Old Town,
He used to walk her home
